Mr. Zuckerman is a Partner on the Growth and Performance Improvement Team. He is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for overall operations of the firm, including accounting, tax, financial reporting, and compliance as well as managing initial investment platform infrastructure creation and acquisition integration for each of Soundcore’s platform investments. Previously, Mr. Zuckerman served as a Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Avista Capital Partners. Mr. Zuckerman was the CEO and Managing Partner of The TriCycle Group, an operations and compliance consulting group for private equity firms. Prior to that role, he served as CFO of the Private Equity Group at Evercore Partners, as well as the Chief Technology Officer of Credit Suisse’s Alternative Asset Division, he was a Partner and CFO of The Sprout Group, which was the Venture Capital Subsidiary of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette where he was a Managing Director. Prior to attending business school, he was the Manager of the IT Support Desk at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and Head of Customer Service for the Banking Group at Strategic Information. Mr. Zuckerman received a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
